SEVENTY-FOUR CONSTRUCTION completed the 9,596-square-foot office renovation for Appaloosa Management, transforming the workspace into a modern, refined environment that reflects the firm’s distinguished identity. The project features an elegant reception area and conference space, where carefully selected materials and finishes create a seamless flow throughout the office. The design emphasizes both sophistication and functionality, resulting in a workspace that feels elevated and cohesive.
