SEVENTY-FOUR CONSTRUCTION completed the interior renovation of the 11,263-square-foot Peapack Private Bank & Trust branch. The project included selective demolition, structural and architectural upgrades, custom millwork, finishes, and the installation of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, and fire alarm systems, resulting in a fully updated and functional banking environment.
Working closely with F.J. Rawding, A.I.A., SEVENTY-FOUR CONSTRUCTION delivered a cohesive interior that balances operational efficiency with a refined, professional atmosphere. The completed space supports the daily needs of staff and clients alike while maintaining the standards and precision required in a modern banking environment.
