SEVENTY-FOUR CONSTRUCTION completed a 5,269-square-foot full interior renovation for Waters Corporation in Parsippany, New Jersey. The project delivered a modern laboratory environment designed to meet strict equipment requirements, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.

In collaboration with Kimmerle Newman AIA, the space was carefully planned and executed to support research and technical operations, ensuring full compliance while providing an efficient, well-organized lab environment.
