SEVENTY-FOUR CONSTRUCTION completed a 5,262-square-foot, two-story addition to the existing Star-Lo Electric headquarters in Whippany, New Jersey. The addition includes a warehouse level with office space above and was constructed to support both operational and administrative needs. Scope of work included sitework and paving, concrete footings, CMU walls, structural steel, metal roof joists, standing seam metal roofing, metal panel siding, overhead and hollow metal doors, casement windows, interior metal stud framing, ceilings, flooring, finishes, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm systems.
