Project Overview

Seventy-Four Construction completed the 7,368-square-foot amenity area at The GRAND, transforming it into a central hub designed to foster connection and productivity. The tenant lounge features a range of seating options, including privacy booths, comfortable seating areas, and activity areas designed for interaction and fun. Developed in collaboration with P3 Properties, Blue Property Management and Cushman & Wakefield, the space reflects a shared vision for modern workplace design and tenant experience.
