During design development, we provide both conceptual and design development estimates. We provide accurate cost models as the design progresses, utilizing our vast experience and professional network.
Our goal is to accurately schedule, track and report back to clients on schedule progress. Utilizing Microsoft Project, we develop both pre-construction and construction schedules, which include both construction activities and consultants’ timelines.
The Seventy-Four Construction team uses existing relationships and knowledge of many New Jersey townships to the advantage of our clients. We handle the filing process from end to end, ensuring permits and inspections are secured in a timely manner.
We provide management of all on-site construction. Using experienced personnel and automation, we manage all aspects of construction to ensure cost, compliance, schedule, and safety requirements are met.
Seventy-Four Construction manages subcontractors from bidding, bid analysis, subcontractor awards, and oversight to ensure the highest quality personnel are available utilizing our extensive network of professionals. We also manage scheduling and coordinating progress meetings with key trade contractors, jointly discussing and resolving important project issues.
